Case Management Director

Wadley Regional Medical Center

I am Sara Endsley the Director of Case Management at Wadley Regional Medical Center and have been in this position since 2021. I grew up in Texarkana, AR and graduated from Arkansas High school in 2004 and graduated from Texarkana College in 2010 with an Associate RN degree.
I have worked in the medical field since¬¬¬ 2004, starting as an EKG technician, and worked in this position for 7 years while going to college full time.

After graduating from Texarkana College in 2010, I worked as staff RN on the Progressive Care Cardiac Unit at St. Michael Hospital for 6 years. I transitioned into case management at St. Michaels in 2015 where I worked for 4 years as a Medicare audit review specialist. I then embarked on a new journey for 1 year in 2019 as a home hospice RN case manager and eventually accepted a case manager position at Wadley Regional Medical Center in 2020.  In 2021 I accepted the role as Director for Case Management and currently remain in that position.

I genuinely enjoy my role as the Director of Case Management. This position has allowed me to learn so much and grow as a person and a leader. As the Director I continue to further my knowledge of case management and strive to build community relationships to assist with resources for patients and families. I would not be able to do my job without the support of my case management team and all the wonderful providers in the community.

In my personal time I enjoy spending time with my husband, son, and niece, swimming, going to the beach, riding the boat on Caddo River, and spending time with friends. We like to frequent local restaurants and listen to local bands play. I am honored to be chosen to be on the Women in Leadership Board and look forward to the amazing opportunities that will help me grow my leadership skills and inspire other women to become leaders in their work and community.
