FounderNCTP CPASWendy is the Founder and CEO of NCTP CPAs, an operational and financial management consulting firm that looks beyond the financial data to reveal hidden pitfalls and opportunities. She is a CPA, a world class finance speaker, an author of the book "How to get paid doing what you love". She leads a team that examines a business’s vision, core values, value proposition, team, clients, financial and non-financial data, and leadership to connect the dots and create strategies proven to increase profitability.
She has worked with different CPA firms ranking from international (Deloitte), mid-size to 10-person firms. She has held Controller/CFO positions of companies from loss to profit to bonus to employees quarterly. She has audited over 20 different industries with over 300 companies and organizations with revenue from start up to over $100 million. Her goal is simple, but it isn’t easy: help small to mid-sized companies link data with strategies to thrive. Her life mission is to inspire a million people to get paid doing what they love. She is a Catholic and married to James Nguyen and a mother of 3 children Leyna (18), Teddy (13) and Brianna (10). She loves reading, going on retreat, doing yoga, writing and watching Korean drama movies. |
