Lone Star Bakery, Inc. Tracy is continuing the legacy as the third generation CEO of Lone Star Bakery, Inc. She is a life-long Texan. Under the watch of her father, Mac Morris, she began working at the family business while attending East Central High School. During that time, she worked on the assembly line, as well as various departments including maintenance, quality control, sanitation, warehouse as well as shipping and receiving. Tracy began her fulltime career at the bakery after receiving a Bachelors of Business Administration from Baylor University. She continued working her way through each remaining departments including purchasing, all aspects of the finance office, sales, research and development, as well as other production positions. Her final position while beginning the generational transition was Vice President. In 2020, Tracy became the third-generation leader of the bakery and took the helm as President and CEO of Lone Star Bakery. Tracy enjoys running, home landscaping, skiing, attending regular Sunday Mass, and spending time with her husband and three sons. She has volunteered for events at her sons' Catholic schools. |
