Dr. Tiffany Ingram received her Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management from Drexel University, where her research focused on African American Millennial women, and the impact of the intersections of age, race, and gender had on their career advancement. The results of her research have inspired her to work collaboratively with organizations to create inclusive workplaces for women and people of color. 

​Tiffany has ten years of K-12 education professional experience, providing technical assistance and training to special education leaders working in Washington D.C. public schools. Tiffany supports small and medium size businesses in developing their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies and programming through executive and employee engagement, data collection, and analysis.
