She is a seasoned P&C partner and advisor, building best-in-class P&C functions that support rapid business change at scale. As a relationship-driven P&C advisor, Theresa actively collaborates with all levels to cultivate a positive work environment to support the corporate vision, driving cultural change initiatives that result in better overall organizational health and effectiveness.

​Theresa has a background in Information Systems, an MBA and MHRM, and possesses a SHRM-SCP Certification. Theresa began her P&C journey in the research and education field, then transitioned to software technology. She currently works at Worksoft, Inc. as the VP of People & Culture.
