Tasha Bennett, D.M. is a Learning & Development Supervisor at Marathon Oil Company. She has has over 22 years of financial services and insurance experience. She also has over a decade of  experience working within the intricacies of people development in human resources. Dr. Bennett  earned her BS from the University of AR at Pine Bluff, her MA from Louisiana Tech University,  and her DM in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Tasha is a member of Delta Sigma Theta. She was initiated at Delta Eta Sp. 98.  

She also serves as a Lecturer at University of Houston in the Human Resource  Development Department. She specializes in Instructional Designing, Talent Development and Designing E-Learning Technology. 

In addition, she manages the employee mentoring program and talent development processes. She is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace. She has also  assisted with several internal wellness campaigns. Outside of work, Dr. Bennett enjoys a good Netflix binge and working out.
