A seasoned professional with a rich and diverse background, currently serves as the Employee Engagement & Development Manager for Mustang Cat, the Caterpillar dealer for southeast Texas. Originally hailing from Bogotá, Colombia, she spent over a decade immersed in the corporate world, working for a subsidiary of a US Fortune 200 company, based in Jerusalem.

Stephanie is an adaptable and multifaceted senior manager, driven by her unwavering passion for helping individuals and teams realize their full potential. Her experience spans multiple domains, including marketing, customer experience, human resources, employee engagement, and training and development. With a proven track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams, translating her vision into reality, and guiding them to success.
