Based in Houston, Texas, Shelley Conroy is a talent development executive with expertise in leading transformation in global organizations. With a career that spans 20+ years, she has deep experience in the strategy and execution of programs that support performance enablement, leadership development, organization effectiveness and culture transformation. 

She brings an authentic passion and commitment to growing and developing teams and individuals, taking a personal interest in their future potential. Shelley is described as an impact player with a proven ability to elevate capability and generate positive investments in the culture and people strategy. She is currently the owner and principal consultant at Conroy Talent Solutions. In her previous role Shelley was Head of Global Learning, Career and Leadership Development for NCR, a Fortune 500 company employing 40,000 employees in 100+ countries. 

Passionate about her work, Shelley credits her success to grit and determination, along with having several trusted mentors that keep her grounded on her journey.  She is focused on inspiring and advancing professional women through cross industry networking, professional development and career advancement.
