Sarah N. Sears, MA, CAE is an association professional with over 20 years of experience in leadership, membership, and education. 

Currently serving as the Senior Director of Member Leadership for the American College of Cardiology, Ms. Sears has also worked at PBS, the National Association of Financial Advisors, and The Fulbright Association.

Ms. Sears has maintained her Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation for over 13 years and holds a Master's on Organizational Leadership and Learning from The George Washington University.
