Sarah Potts is an Internationalist, Continuing Education Instructor, and Insurance Executive with experience in Underwriting, Distribution, Claims, Actuarial, Product Development and Home Office/Forms Legal. Bearing degrees in Statistics and Stochastic Modeling/Econometrics, she started her career with AIG where she held multiple roles spanning the entire insurance cycle from Actuarial to Claims (Underwriting and Actuarial where she held roles in K&R and D&O underwriting, Multinational Underwriting, Multinational P&C Actuarial, and Multinational P&C Home Office and Product Development, Latam Claims)

She later went on to Arch as a founding member of the Domestic Retail Energy Casualty division where she built out the product and distribution. In Dec 2020 she began building her second Arch product with the creation of Arch Multinational which she led and grew to include P&C and D&O placements in 146 new countries for Arch Insurance. 

Today Sarah is Partner and Chief Underwriting Officer in Latitude Risk, a Lockton Affinity MGU specializing in Kidnap Ransom and Extortion, Defense Base Act, and Multinational Casualty.
