Sandra McNeil is a proven leader with over 25 years of Automotive Manufacturing and Supply Chain experience. She has served in diverse leadership roles, developing broad business and general management expertise spanning Manufacturing Engineer, Total Quality Management, Strategic Planning, Operations Management, Product Development, Program Management, Supply Chain Management, E-Commerce and Product Launch Execution.  In her current role, she leads the Supply Chain Operations for Amazon Australia.  

Her career journey across diverse industries and company cultures along with (4) multi-year overseas assignments has afforded her broad international business experience across the US, Canada, Mexico, Asia, ASEAN, Australia, Europe, Russia, Middle East, India and Africa. 

Sandra has a passion for developing talent in STEM and continues to be actively involved in diversity and inclusiveness programs. This includes championing initiatives which focus on advancing women in the workplace, as exampled by her involvement in numerous steering committees and mentorship programs. Her ultimate professional goal is to blaze a trail for others by delivering results and inspiring excellence.
