Samantha Irven passion centers on uplifting the community with career educational tools and resources that will empower them to live fulfilled lives. 
 
Samantha has ten years of Human Resources experience, specializing in Talent Acquisition within various industries. Samantha is a Manager, Talent Acquisition at Recreational Equipment Incorporation (REI). In this role, Samantha manages a team of recruiters and develops and implements talent acquisition strategies to ensure the right team is in place to support overall business objectives. In addition, her team focuses on increasing diversity within the organization. Aside from being a Human Resource professional, Samantha was a former professional print model and entrepreneur. 
 
Samantha holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Academy of Art University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She also has a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certification and Six Sigma - Yellow Belt Certification from the University of South Florida. Samantha is married to an amazing husband, raising two future leaders together.
