Possessing 30 years’ global talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership coaching experience across all business functions and many industry sectors, Rosemary specializes in the oil-gas/energy/renewables, engineering, technology, insurance, and legal sectors. Since 2007 Rosemary has partnered with organizations and individuals globally to deliver career coaching and transition support. With many years’ expertise in the design and customization of proprietary Individual Development Plans Rosemary has helped many individuals and organizations to incorporate IDPs into coaching and mentoring programs. As a Certified Harrison Assessments de-briefer with 17 years’ global expertise working with individuals and teams from many countries and cultures, Harrison Assessments Talent Solutions is ISO10667-1:2011 accredited as one of only a few assessment service delivery solutions that is “job specific and evidence based”.
