Property Service Supervisor

Goodwill Industries of Central Texas

My name is Patricia Moncada and currently work for Goodwill Industries of Central Texas as the Property Services Supervisor. In my current position I over see the maintenance needs to over 40 different properties. I started back with the company again in 2017 and worked my way up the ladder to the position I am in today. Before becoming the Property Service Supervisor I was apart of the E-commerce department and helped maintain and run a successful department by creating new processes and creating more detailed standard operating procedures for employees to be successful in their roles.

​The last year I ran the e-commerce department I was successful in creating over 7.4 million dollars in revenue for the year. Knowing that the revenue created in our department goes back to our mission made it all worth the while. 

Goodwill has always created a culture for all different backgrounds and people which I love about this company. Knowing that my hard work goes back to help someone in our community that needs it helps keep the culture where I enjoy to work. I hope to continue to grow with Goodwill and advance in my career along the way.
