Nikki Toon is a creative problem solver and a natural leader. As Chief Operating Officer, Nikki focuses primarily on shaping Combined Agent of America's strategy, vision, and team culture. She practices a lead-by-example management style and believes strongly in transparency, both internally and externally.
 
Throughout Nikki's 16 years in the insurance industry, she has worn many hats - from working for a carrier as an Underwriter and Marketing Representative to managing Personal Lines in an agency. Her carrier and agency experience are a bonus, as she can recognize opportunities for both agency and carrier partners. 

Outside of work, Nikki and her family enjoy traveling and exploring new places, attending live music events, and spending time at the lake. Nikki and her husband, Trent, have two amazing children, son Tanner and daughter Stella.
