Nichole has 15-plus years of data and analytics experience; in addition to designing Enterprise reporting solutions that provide shareholder value, she has also led several teams in an agile framework.

Nichole holds an MBA from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and a bachelor’s in finance from Oklahoma State University. Nichole resides in Houston, TX, but is a native Oklahoman from Ponca City.  

She presently is the Senior Manager of Strategy and Analytics at Global Custom Commerce, a Home Depot Company, where she leads the Business Intelligence and Data Science teams.

Her passion is mentoring the next generation of leaders through a data perspective, teaching her mentees the importance of using data to tell compelling stories.
