Global Director, Bid Management Reciprocating Compressors

Siemens Energy

Nancy is an Engineer from Lehigh University who works in the Energy Industry. As Global Director Bid Management - Reciprocating Compressors for Siemens Energy, she leads a team that is developing proposals in support of the energy transition. 

Nancy has a passion for people development and is the Co-Head of the Engineering Management Acceleration Program within Siemens Energy. This is a rotational program for high potential college graduates that helps expose them to every asset of our industry while building their network. In this role, she uses her coaching and mentorship skills to help develop young professionals & set them up for success. 

In her free time Nancy loves to go for a run, take care of her 60+ house plants, and spend time going hiking with her two dogs.
