New to the aerospace industry, Morgan has been the Director of Organizational Development, HR, and Compliance since 2020 at FreeFlight Systems and Flight Data Systems. Morgan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Tarleton State University and just received her Master's Degree from Webster University with a Dual Master of Arts in Human Resources Development and Human Resources Management.

​Prior Morgan spent 15 years at the Walt Disney World Resort as a Guest Experience Manager responsible for training, development, and local HR matters whilst running retail operations.
