I have been a Training Professional, Training Consultant, and Instructional Designer (ID) for 20+ years for various clients and instructional technology companies in both government and private sector. 

I am experienced in facilitation and coordination of training, virtual and live events, summits, and event planning. I've worked with organizational leadership on developing programs and training for on-boarding new hires, managing internal and external training, and developing tools for train the trainer and OJT.

I am passionate about training and developing people, showing them their strengths, capabilities, and providing resources such as coaching or courses to strengthen areas we've identified for improvement, not only for personal development but that also align with the goals and priorities of their teams and of the organization itself.
