Process Improvement AnalystDucks UnlimitedDIVERSE BACKGROUND: Meghan's degrees and career started wildlife conservation, then shifted to educational research, HR measurements, and career and strengths coach. She has worked in scientific, entertainment, community leadership, educational, technical (IT), and logistical organizations and teams. This unusual progression has common topics of resource-limited populations, HR analytics, qualitative and incremental improvements, and capitalizing on natural behaviors.
WHO: Meghan guides adults in non-managerial roles and students from 10 years old. She is also excited to work with life-long learners – grandparents and retirees! She's interested in working with global clients. She speaks Japanese and is working on her Spanish. She lives in North America.
