As an innovative nonprofit leader and mental health professional with over eight years of domestic and international experience, Maddie has a proven track record of leading change management initiatives and program growth. With expertise in technological and clinical advancement, collaborative leadership, and crisis service program operations, Maddie has managed cross-functional teams, defined organizational goals, and implemented clinical workflows to ensure operational excellence. Currently, Maddie is a member of the Clinical Operations Leadership Team at The Trevor Project, where they oversee a team of Continuous Improvement Associates and Coordinators. Maddie has identified opportunities for innovation on The Trevor Project's crisis services, especially by leveraging technology and improving the user experience, and has led projects and launched numerous deliverables to address those opportunities. On the personal front, Maddie is a true animal lover with 10 pets (and the occasional foster dog). In their spare time they can be found attending concerts, kayaking, and checking out local breweries with their spouse. Maddie firmly believes in working hard and playing hard, and tries to prioritize a firm work/life balance (which can be tricky for a self-professed workaholic!).
