Lisa is a seasoned recruitment professional and manager. She has worked in the food and facilities outsourcing industry in multiple positions over the last 30 years. 

In her current position as VP, Talent Acquisition she is involved with recruiting top talent for ABM nationally. Lisa spends her day supporting business initiatives working with her stakeholders to dive, headfirst, into challenging the team to work together to address speed, quality and diversity with the ultimate end goal of reducing vacancy time and attracting top business leaders to ABM.  She is passionate about career growth for her team and provides them with the tools, resources and support needed to develop and grow their career.
