Leigh Ann is a senior executive leader and advisor in all things health care. Her experience in finance, legal, risk management, patient safety, insurance, and people management have helped her take organizations to the next level. Leigh Ann serves as a content contributor for multiple playbooks for American Society of Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM) on leadership, litigation, risk management, finance, and HR to name a few. She is the Chair of an online writing group through ASHRM, and serves on the Board for BCEN, Board of Certification for Emergency Nursing, as a public member.

​Leigh Ann has a presence on social media, and has provided content for a YouTube channel that focuses on topics such as legal and risk management. Not only does Leigh Ann hold an MBA, she has multiple designations and credentials, which include AIC, CPHRM, DFASHRM, patient safety I & II, green belt in lean six sigma, as well as a certificate through Pepperdine in negotiation training.  Outside of work, Leigh Ann volunteers her time with animal rescue.
