Laura Mackey is the Director of Analyst and Influencer Relations at Five9.  With more than 23 years of experience in B2B technology, Laura has trusted relationships with leading Independent Analysts and Influencers across the IT and CX industries.  Laura manages the small-to-mid size analyst firms and recently launched CX Nation, an influencer community dedicated to uniting a diverse group of thinkers and innovators whose ideas collectively define and drive the cloud contact center and customer experience domains, both now and in the future.
