As a collaborative visionary and passionate talent advocate, Laura Caballero is a dedicated Human Resources professional specializing in talent acquisition, workforce development, career coaching, and mentoring. With 15 years of experience in the HR field, and armed with a vision for creating optimized work environments where talent can flourish, Laura brings a rich contextual understanding of the talent landscape cultivated through a multifaceted career journey spanning education, banking, non-profit, local government, start-up environments, and the expansive realm of Big Tech.

At the heart of Laura's expertise lies a talent for recognizing potential, nurturing skills, and crafting tailored pathways for individuals to thrive. Known for her empathetic and insightful coaching style, Laura provides customized career development plans, ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their chosen paths. 

Building on a love of diverse cultures and life-long learning, Laura obtained a Master of Arts in Diplomacy from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Applied Arts & Sciences in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M International University in Laredo, TX. She also obtained specialized training, receiving a certification in Global Talent Management from The Talent Management Institute and a certification in Workforce Development from the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals.
