My life and professional journey took me to live and work in different countries and continents. Living in new cultures allowed me to see the interconnectedness of our dreams and aspirations. I learned that we all want to live a life feeling happy, fulfilled, and having a purpose. My beliefs are fundamental to my coaching approach: 
• I believe in the power within each person to transform and bring out the strengths they already have.
• I believe that every person can positively impact the people around them.
• I believe in kindness, compassion, and altruism as driving forces for living a fulfilled life.
• I believe our shared desire to live a meaningful life and purposeful career makes us equal.

After working as a private teacher, event project manager, and tour guide, I settled into people management and leadership roles in the tech world. I pivoted from self-employment to being a full-time employee and ran a successful skincare business. I discovered my passion for mentorship and coaching through leading front-line people and managers of client experience teams and consultants. When I sought to deepen and develop my leadership skills, I realized the transformative power of coaching – my career took off. Ever since, my passion has been facilitating and creating an environment of self-discovery for my coaches and team members, leading to change and true transformation.
