Kelle Odom has over 40 years of business management experience in the public and private sectors.  Kelle joined GrantWorks in 2013, bringing 20 years of grant management experience.  She previously worked with the TxCDBG and CDBG-DR programs at the State of Texas along with a private grant management consulting firm.  Kelle has a Masters of Business Administration degree from St. Edward's University in Austin and currently lives in Bastrop, Texas.
