Katie brings 10 years of Nursing and Consumer Experience leadership experience. Katie began her career as a Critical Care RN and has worked in bedside nursing and leadership roles. In her current Consulting role, Katie has partnered with countless healthcare organizations to strategize and execute meaningful experience and operations improvements. In her prior role as a Regional Patient Experience Director for a large, integrated health system, she reported directly to the executive team and developed system-wide 
improvement activities with measurable outcomes.

Expertise and successes include cultural transformation of the organization, leadership development, certified communication coach, and hardwiring of best practices.
