People and Culture Lead

Compugen Systems Inc

As a Human Resources Leader with diverse experience in the Nonprofit, Blue Collar, and Technology sectors spanning over 25 years, I am continually motivated by a relentless passion for empowering organizations with the tools necessary to succeed. My unique journey through these varying business sectors has fortified my ability to drive transformative change, cultivate talent, and foster thriving workplace cultures. With a heart dedicated to social impact, I began my career in the nonprofit sector and used my collaborative approach to implement innovative HR programs to maximize employee engagement, optimize volunteer participation, and elevate the overall success of the organization. Transitioning to the blue-collar sector, I had the opportunity to utilize my versatile expertise as a trusted advisor to the executive team, I optimized workforce dynamics specifically within a Union environment, streamlined operations, and championed employee safety initiatives. My ability to bridge communication gaps between management and frontline workers resulted in harmonious labor relations and increased productivity and successful risk management. In recent years, my experience has flourished in the dynamic landscape of the technology sector at Compugen Systems Inc. Recognizing early on, the crucial role of HR in driving innovation and agility, I spearheaded unique initiatives to drive a robust culture by taking a people centered philosophy from words to everyday application. By leveraging HR technologies and automations, I continue to support a healthy remote/hybrid workplace, forward thinking approaches to talent management initiatives, diversity and inclusion initiatives and adaptive performance management strategies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the modern workspace.
