Analog Devices Inc.

Katie leads the InnerSource program at Analog Devices Inc. She is building an open source community framework at ADI to help improve collaboration, code reuse, and documentation across their internal engineering organization. She is on the InnerSource Commons Foundation Board of Directors, an organization dedicated to establishing InnerSource best practices across industries.

​Previously, she established the InnerSource program at Indeed. She is actively involved with the open source software community, helping to improve metrics around diversity, equity, and inclusion practices. In her free time, Katie enjoys running operational logistics for volunteer-led community art events.
