Hello, my name is Julie Teat.  I am currently in a leadership role with Driscoll Health System and oversee the Training and Development program. My team  facilitates all clinical and non-clinical training for Health Plan employees. My leadership style is one that is open and trusting and I empower my employees to achieve their goals and support as necessary. I am looking forward to continuing my education with this leadership certification as well as a secondary degree in Healthcare Administration.
