I have been in leadership roles for approximately 20 years, leading teams of 10-100 people.  I am currently in a Director role for a large insurance company.  I value education, having completed my undergraduate degree at Michigan State University, my Masters degree at Boston University, various insurance designations, and most recently a certificate program through Harvard.  I have been a working mom for 20 years as well and understand the challenges of work life balance.
