Director of Learning and DevelopmentEnverusWith over 10 years of experience in the energy sector, Jessica is a Director of Learning and Development at Enverus, the leading provider of energy analytics and SaaS solutions. In this role, she leads the design and delivery of learning programs that enable clients to leverage products and services to optimize their performance and profitability.
She also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Department of Earth Sciences and Geologic Resources at Stephen F. Austin State University, where she shares her insights and knowledge on the latest trends and developments in the industry for incoming professionals. Previously, Jessica was the Senior Manager of Technical Client Development, where she led a team who was focused on deploying customer engagement, growth, retention, and adoption strategies. Prior to Enverus, Jessica held positions as the Manager of Global Shale research as well as the Manager of Basin Analytics, managing the design and development of new products focused on basin analysis across North America. Jessica has a Master of Science in Geology from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Biology from Sam Houston State University. She has earned multiple certifications and awards, including the Enverus Certified Specialist PRISM™ Energy Analytics & Benchmarking and the Thought Industries Best Innovation Using Extensibility Award. She has published multiple articles and led presentations on various topics related to the energy sector. Jessica has strong analytical skills, product and program development skills, and strategic investment skills that help deliver effective and innovative solutions that meet the needs and expectations of a diverse and global client base. |
