Jennifer has been in the banking industry since 2001 and is presently working for R Bank, a community bank based in Round Rock, Texas with 10 banking centers and over 100 employees.  She serves as the Sr. Operations Officer and is responsible for Deposit Operations, Retail Operations, and Banking Center Operations. 

​She is passionate about leadership and stretching people so that they are able to push past their potential and accomplish great things.  Jennifer is a graduate of Texas A&M University - Central Texas with  a BBA in Accounting.
