Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas

Jennifer Bartkowski is the Chief Executive Officer of Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas (GSNETX). She has been with GSNETX since 2009 and previously served as Chief Development Officer and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. 

Jennifer holds a Master of Public Administration from Texas A&M University and has worked with a variety of organizations including United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, American Lung Association of Texas, and as an independent consultant.

Jennifer is a graduate of Leadership Dallas and the Stagen Social Change Leadership Cohort. She is Chair-Elect of the Leadership Dallas Alumnae Board, President-Elect of The Dallas Summit, Board Chair of Connections Multiplied, Too (CM2), a member of SMU’s Continuing and Professional Education program Women in Leadership Advisory Board and serves as a founding board member of Carson’s Village.

​Jennifer was recently recognized as a member of D CEO Magazine’s 2023 Dallas 500 and named a 2023 Most Admired CEO by the Dallas Business Journal.
