Assistant Quality Control Operations Manager

Jeannette Siller currently serves the financial industry in her role of Quality Control Assistant Operations Manager within D.R. Horton/DHI Mortgage Company. Her leadership scope includes mentoring, training, motivating the Quality Control industry experts she leads, and monitoring industry changes to federal, regulatory, state, etc., requirements as they relate to areas of the mortgage financial industry.  

Her contributions to the finance and real estate industry spans approximately thirty (30) years. Experience developed throughout her career include leading diverse teams, partnering with both National and International vendors, modeling/engagement, mentoring, continuous process improvement, and a dedication to achieving results while maintaining focus on exceptional service. 

With a belief that growth is essential to bring forward to others you lead/mentor, Jeannette maintains a real estate license although currently in an inactive status to allow engagement in the financial/quality control space and is currently working on obtaining certification from the Mortgage Bankers Association as an Accredited Mortgage Professional.
