Hope leads the Corporate Learning & Development team at Cinemark. She brings a wealth of experience in Instructional Design, Facilitation, Talent Management, Leadership Coaching, and Operations.

Hope holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and Conflict Resolution, and completed her Coach Training at The Coactive Training Institute in San Rafael, CA. She also recently completed a DIB for HR certificate program from Cornell University, and is passionate about helping women and minorities advance in the workplace. Hope was born in Kenya and brings a multicultural perspective to her work (she’s moved more than 25 times!).
