Recreation Services Supervisor

City of Garland Parks and Recreation

I graduated with BS in Recreation and Leisure Studies with an emphasis in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of North Texas. I began my career with the City of Garland as a part-time employee in 1998 and became a full-time employee in 2000. I am currently a Sr. Recreation Services Supervisor over Holford Recreation Center, marketing and Therapeutic Recreation programming.

I was elected the North Region Director for the Texas Recreation and Park Society in 2021 and will be re-appointed for another  2-year term in 2023. I am the proud mother of a 11 year old Corgi named Sidney.
