Pharmacy Leader/Consultant

Willis Towers Watson

Heather has over 25 years of professional experience including nine years of pharmacy benefits management consulting.  Through her work at pharmacy benefit managers, government contracting, and consulting, she has a variety of experience in managing pharmacy benefits, Medicare, and operations.  Heather's current role is as a Pharmacy Consultant and Pharmacy Product Development team within WTW. Her focus is identifying ways to help clients better manage their pharmacy benefits with actionable guidance. 

Heather earned a B.A. from the University of Texas at Dallas, studying pre-law and pre-medicine.  She went on to obtain her M.B.A. in Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix and completed a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from Virginia University of Lynchburg.  She previously held licensure as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (C.Ph.T) and as a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE).
