Erma Mendoza currently serves as a Director of Recruiting for VIPdesk Connect, a woman-owned, B-Corp business consulting firm.  Before VIPdesk, Erma worked as a Recruiting Manager and Client Services Lead at Accenture.  She worked directly with clients and led global teams in various HR Transformation and Recruitment project initiatives.  Erma has over 20 years of HR and Talent Acquisition experience in financial, retail and management consulting firms. 

​She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Human Communications from Hunter College of the City University of New York, and her HR Management Professional Certifications from Baruch College and New York University.  She presently resides in San Antonio, TX.
