Elena Conger is the Senior Global Operations & Sales Manager at Frost & Sullivan in San Antonio, Texas.  She has over 10 years of customer service, sales and operational experience working with sales teams around the world.  Elena has directed the Global Innovation Center sales team out of India for the last two years, aligning sales and operational processes to meet company standards. Elena’s primary focus is enhancing sales productivity.

​She does this through project management of process and workflow improvements across the various teams, leading to higher collaboration and best practices. She is currently working  on the implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management System for Frost & Sullivan. When she she isn’t working, Elena enjoys cooking and spending time with her family and their two dogs.
