Dianne Stephens is an enthusiastic and experienced Resilience professional who loves what she does. During the past 20+ years, she has been responsible for almost all disciplines within the Resilience umbrella.  Her career has spanned multiple industries (insurance, utilities, mortgage, call center outsourcing, travel systems, resident leasing systems, and banking). Her current focus is the management and implementation of Enterprise Resilience Programs (Crisis Management and Vendor Resilience).

​Dianne has been responsible for programs across the globe. She is an active member of BCI, ACP, DRI and a co-founder of Business Continuity Resilience Insurance Network and MIT Crisis Course Resilience Advisory Board. She is also a guest lecturer at the University of North Texas and MVP award winner from the Association of Continuity Professionals. She is the founder of the ACP All Texas Think Tank.
