Courtney Nelson is a Human Resource professional with over 8+ years of experience, Most of her career has been in Talent Acquisition, with her most recent experience as the Americas (LATAM & North America) Leader for a SaaS-based start-up. With Courtney's knack for connecting with people and her blended projects in HR  over the years, she is now focusing on Global HR Strategic Initiatives, DEI Initiatives, Data Strategy, and HR Data Governance.

She is also involved as a Co-Lead on the Board for the Region Alliance Team with NextUp, where, as a team, they are working on Mentoring opportunities through webinars, building out mentoring circles, and working on local and regional allies.

In her leisure, you can find her embracing the outdoors with a jog or savoring a scoop of ice cream.
