She works with clients to enhance their talent management, organizational development, and leadership practices. During her tenure in private equity, she successfully coordinated operational responsibilities and partner buyouts. Leveraging her expertise in project management, forecasting, and strategy, she effectively managed and nurtured investor relationships to increase overall revenue.

She has worked extensively across sectors, collaborating closely with boards and executive teams to establish mission statements that effectively align organizational objectives and foster a shared sense of purpose. Through her strategic guidance, she led organizations to articulate their core values and aspirations, paving the way for cohesive and purpose-driven decision-making.
