Becky Ullman is a real estate development professional, focusing on master planned communities in Houston, Dallas, Tampa, and Central California.  Having found her place in a historically male-dominated industry has supported a philosophy of helping women grow into managerial and leadership roles as a guiding principle throughout her career.  

Real estate development is a highly cyclical industry, so Becky has also diversified into banking, human resources, and finance/accounting during down-markets.  This breadth of skills has served her well as opportunities to grow and expand presented themselves over the years.
