Bea is a product management executive with 20 years of experience in successfully managing and optimizing products to drive user satisfaction and the bottom line impact.  In her most recent role as Executive Director at  Wayfair, she led a transformative initiative to revamp the digital supplier experience resulting in 2X of supplier base growth and 30% cost reduction.  Prior to this, Bea served as AVP digital product leadership roles at USAA and Liberty Mutual Insurance.

In these roles, she oversaw the e2e customer / employee / vendor digital experiences and successfully delivered millions of dollars in sales and cost reduction. Her earlier professional background involved strategy development  and operational improvement at Deloitte. Bea holds an MBA with honors from  the University of Chicago Booth School of Business as well as a Master in Accounting from Western Michigan University. She currently resides in San Antonio.
