April's  experience spans across several HR disciplines with expertise in conflict management, people operations, employee relations expertise, executive coaching, human resources programs, and strong internal consulting skills in employee and labor relations.

​April has served as trusted advisor and decision maker to executives in organizations where she has held roles as Associate VP, Director and People Leader. 

April Honore holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Labor and HR from the University of Maryland.
