Chief Learning OfficerBRIGHTFLARE PERFORMANCE SOLUTIONS LLCThroughout her global career, Ana Smith has been extremely curious about the impact and relationship between humans and technology, and for the past 20+ years, she’s been part of executive teams in organizations such as Microsoft, General Electric, Hewlett Packard, and American Express, being involved in helping the people leaders within the organizations with digital transformations and major organizational changes, helping teams, leaders and individual contributors elevate their performance and productivity, whilst optimizing their wellbeing. Leveraging technology, neuroscience, and adult learning principles to successfully operate at the crossroads of business, technology, and psychology.
It’s especially true that during the “The Fourth Industrial Revolution” virtually every aspect of modern life is shifting because of technological advancement and the AIs being created are learning and mimicking us. Some of the algorithms have learned to mimic human social and emotional intelligence, while others have learned to optimize our behaviors for their own purposes. Ana’s continued focus is deep in understanding the implications of human behavior in the workplace. She’s authored and co-authored a variety of articles and participated in multiple roundtables and events where the impact of technology on human behavior and well-being is a central topic. She holds an MS in Organizational Development, a BA in Industrial Psychology, and multiple certifications in Conversational Intelligence, Digital Wellbeing Coaching, Positive Psychology, and Executive Coaching amongst others. |
