Alisha Barnebey is a lifelong learner and educator with a decade of experience creating engaging developmental opportunities for learners and designing and facilitating leadership programs. She has a background in higher education, with her master’s degree in College Student Development and Counseling from Northeastern University and has recently moved into the Learning and Development space.

​She enjoys helping learners at all levels discover their potential through better utilizing their strengths, increasing their transferable skill development, and through experiential learning programs. She is currently the Manager of Learning and Development at Teacher Retirement System of Texas. Outside of her day job, she and her husband own a gourmet chicken tender food truck in East Austin called Dipping Springs Tender Co.
